Honey Salt, ground floor
Honey Salt is the all-day restaurant: farm-to-table cooking built on BC ingredients, from Elizabeth Blau and chef Kim Canteenwalla, who also run a Honey Salt in Las Vegas. Its menus include breakfast, an all-day menu, weekend brunch, a weekday express lunch, a Stadium Menu, kids' menus for dinner and brunch, and a dog-friendly menu. The hours it publishes:

Bringing the dog
Honey Salt runs a dog-friendly menu daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. when you come with your dog. Pair that with the JW's one-dog rule (up to 15 kg) and you have a weekend that works for the whole household.

Parq Market, the forgotten-charger shop
The market is the most useful door on the ground floor. It is open around the clock and stocks toiletries and electronics as well as snacks, which is exactly what you need at 1 a.m. when your phone is at four per cent and the tickets live on it.
The gelato
Passione is run by Salvatore Boccarossa, who grew up in Naples, studied at the Carpigiani Gelato University and worked at Bella Gelateria before opening his own place, according to Parq's page. Organic ingredients, some vegan flavours. A good thing to hold while you walk to a summer show at BC Place.
In your room
The JW lists 24-hour in-room dining; the DOUGLAS lists room service. Neither publishes the menu on the pages we read, so we do not describe it.
