How it works
- 1you
Send the request
Your name, an email, the night of the show and the morning after. The tower, the people and any notes help.
- 2we
We check
Our desk asks the hotel's reservations team or a booking partner what is open for those nights, in the tower and room type you prefer.
- 3we
We reply
By email, normally within one business day: options, prices, the policies that come with them.
- 4you
You decide
If you want one of the options, we confirm it with you before anything is booked. If not, that is the end of it.
What we ask for, and why
- Name and email
- So we can answer you. Required.
- Mobile
- Optional. Only used if the dates are close and email is too slow.
- Night of the show and morning after
- The two dates the hotel needs, in YYYY-MM-DD format.
- People
- Changes which rooms and suites are possible.
- Which tower
- JW Marriott, the DOUGLAS, or either.
- Notes
- The event, bed preferences, a dog, accessibility needs, a late check-out wish.
What we never ask for
A card number, a passport number or a password. If anyone writing in our name asks you for those, it is not us; tell us at hello@falsecreeknights.com.
Good to know
A request is not a booking and holds nothing. On big event nights, rooms can go while we are still checking; we tell you if that happens. Prices are the hotel's or the partner's, not ours. If you would rather book direct, the hotels take reservations on their own pages: JW Marriott Parq Vancouver and the DOUGLAS.
Before you send it, the rooms comparison and the show-night calendar may help you fill in the form.
